There was a great turnout for the guided walk of the woods and fields. Always a popular topic and event.
The walk began under the Purple Leaved Beech, planted in 1967 to commemorate the opening of the woods to the public.
The walkers were guided around the site visiting our special unique areas.
A bright sunny day to hear about the site and how it had become the special place that it is today.
